摘要
目的:研究亚低温对严重脑缺血再灌注早期神经功能和脑组织形态学的影响,探讨亚低温脑复苏效果。方法:采用犬心脏停跳18分钟再复苏模型。15只杂种犬随机分成3组:非缺血对照组(4只)、常温治疗组(5只)和亚低温(33.5~34.5℃)治疗组(6只)。观察神经功能综合评分和形态学损害程度分级等指标。结果:常温治疗组与亚低温治疗组对循环复苏时主要参数的影响无统计学差异,亚低温治疗后脑组织病理损伤程度较常温治疗组为轻〔神经功能综合评分分别为(13.4±1.3)分和(17.3±0.8)分〕。结论:亚低温能明显减轻脑组织形态学和神经功能损害,提示亚低温有脑复苏效果。
Objective:To investigate effects of mild hypothermia on early neural function and brain morphology after severe ischemia and reperfusion.Methods:A canine model of severe brain ischemia was induced by a 18minute cardiac arrest and resuscitation for 8 hours.Fifteen dogs were randomly divided into 3 groups:nonischemic controls ( n =4),normothermic resuscitation( n =5),and mild hypothermic resuscitation (33 5 ̄34 5 ℃, n =6).Grade of cerebral morphological damage and score of neural function were observed.Results:There were no significant differences in main parameters between normothermic resuscitation and mild hypothermic resuscitation groups.The score of brain function was 13 4±1 3 and 17 3±0 8 in normothermic group and mild hypothermic group respectively,and the difference was significant.Also,the grade of cerebral morphological damage in normothermic resuscitation group was significantly higher than that in mild hypothermic resuscitation group.Conclusions:The results suggest that mild hypothermia can markedly reduce early brain morphological and functional injury,and it has beneficial effect on cerebral resuscitation.
