对抗震设计可以采用偏低的设计地震作用的原因

摘要 认为结构的抗震设计可以采用从设防烈度地震作用降下来的设计地震作用,主要原因在于两个方面:一是设计合理的抗震结构具有的延性能力,二是按照各国相关规范进行设计的结构的整体超强特征。 Seismic design of structures can adopt relatively lower design earthquake level, which is reduced from basic intensity earthquake level. This paper considers that the main reason lies in two factors, that are ductility capacity of proper designed structures and overstrength character of structures designed to seismic design codes of different countries.
