乳腺癌干细胞研究进展

摘要 干细胞是一类具有自我更新、多向分化潜能的细胞,是机体其他各类细胞的起源细胞,具有自我更新、多向分化和稳态控制等特性。一个干细胞便可发育为完整的生物机体或组织器官。Shaekleton等和Stingl等分别利用单个细胞(Lin-CD29^hi CD24和Lin-Sca CD24^med CD49f^hi)在免疫缺陷鼠中再生含有各种类型细胞的完整乳腺组织.从而证明在乳腺组织中存在乳腺干细胞。
