摘要
目的:观察非紫外线处理供体脾细胞经胸腺途径透导免疫耐受对同种异体移植皮瓣存活的影响。方法:将大鼠随机分成两组,每组14只,对照组单纯作皮肤移植,实验组在移植前8d作胸腺内脾细胞悬液注射。结果:实验组皮肤移植存活时间明显延长,红细胞免疫反应及迟发性超敏反应未见明显增强,与对照比较差异显著。结论:非紫外线处理供体脾细胞经胸腺途径也能诱导出较高程度的移植免疫耐受,MHC-Ⅱ抗原并不影响耐受诱导。
Objective:The aim of this study was to examine the role of intrathymic injection of non-ultraviolet irradiated donor strain splenocytes in induction of donor-specific unresponsiveness to skin allografts in the SD-to-Wistar rats combination.Method:The rats were divided into two groups,each contains 14.The control recieved an allogeneic skin transplantation only,and the experimental group was injected intrathymically with donor-strain splenocytes 8 days before allogeneic skin transplantation.Result:The mean survival time of skin allografts was prolonged significantly and no obvious elevation was found in the erythrocyte immunity and the delayed type hypersensitivity in experimental group.There was a significant difference between the experimental and the control groups.Conclusion:Intrathymic injection of non-ultraviolet irradiated allogeneic splenocytes without the aids of immunosuppressive agents can also establish a relative state of immunologic unresponsiveness to rats skin allografts, MHC-2 antigen does not influence the inducement of donor-specific tolerance.
