球形肺炎的CT诊断

CT Diagnosis of Spherical Pneumonia

探讨球形肺炎的ＣＴ表现特征，以便与其他球形病变鉴别。方法：对１２例经证实的球形肺炎患者的ＣＴ、Ｘ线检查及临床资料进行回顾性分析。结果：１２例球形肺炎的主要ＣＴ表现是：病变两侧缘垂直于胸膜，呈刀切样边缘，病灶呈方形；附近胸膜显著增厚；病变肺门侧血管纹理增粗、扭曲。结论：ＣＴ检查对球形肺炎的诊断和鉴别诊断有重要价值。

Objective:To explore the CT features of spherical pneumonia and to differentiate it from other spherical lesions. Method :The findings of CT scans and chest radiographs in 12 cases of clinically proved spherical pneumonia were analysed retrospectively.Result:The main features of sperical pneumonia on CT scans included bilateral margins of the lesion perpendicular to pleura with a straight cut edge presenting a square sign,conspicuous pleural thickening around the lesions,intensified,soft and tortuous vascular lines between lesions and hila.Conclusion:CT scans is significantly helpful to diagnosis of and differentiation from spherical pneumouia.
