新生儿窒息患儿血清肿瘤坏死因子水平的临床研究 被引量:1

摘要 目的:观察窒息对新生儿血清肿瘤坏死因子-α(TNF-α)值的影响。方法:用放射免疫法测定55例窒息新生儿血清TNF-α的变化,同时测定15例正常足月新生儿脐动脉血作对照。结果:窒息新生儿组血清TNF-α明显高于对照组,并且血清TNF-α水平与Apgar评分密切相关,重度窒息组比轻度窒息组血清TNF-α明显增高。结论:TNF-α在新生儿窒息的发病机制中起一定作用。对重度窒息患儿及早使用抗TNF-α单克隆抗体,可减轻脑水肿,阻断继发性脑损伤。 Objective:To examine the plasma livel of tumor necrosis factor-α(TNF-α)in neonates with asphyxia.Method:The plasma level of TNF-α was determinated with radioimmunoassay in 55 neonates with asphyxia and in 15 healthy neonates.Result:The plasma level of TNF-α in neonates with asphyxia was significantly higher than that in control,and it was obviously related to both Apgar score and severity of asphyxia.Conclusion:TNF-α plays a role in the pathogenesis of asphyxia.In treatment of severe asphyxia,the monoclonal antibody against TNF-α should be used as early as possible in order to reduce the brain edema and block the secondary brain injury.
