摘要
以苹果渣为原料制备较高黏度羧甲基纤维素钠。通过单因素试验和正交试验,确定制备高黏度羧甲基纤维素钠的最佳试验条件为4 g纤维素,95%的乙醇为溶剂,50%的氢氧化钠溶液的用量为4g,室温碱化30 min,3.6 g由80%的乙醇与氯乙酸以质量比为11.∶5组成的溶液为醚化剂,醚化温度为70℃,醚化时间为80 min。所得CMC的黏度为27.531 MPa/s。
In the experiment the high viscosity carboxymethyl cellulose sodium was made by apple marc. The reaction conditions were determined by some single factorial experiments and an orthogonal experiment, the results indicated that the optimum conditions are as follows: cellulose 4 g, he concentration of ethyl alcohol is 95 percent, 50% NaOH used 4 g, the temperature of alkalize room temperature, the time of alkalize 30 min, the composition of etherifying agent which are ethyl alcohol and chloroacetic acid with 1:1.5, the temperature of etherify 70 ℃, the time of etheriffy 80 min. The viscosity is about 27.531 MPa's under these conditions.
