纳滤对糖溶液中一价盐离子的脱出研究 被引量:9

Research on nano-filtration removing univalent ion from sugar solution

摘要 采用纳滤对葡萄糖-NaCl混合溶液及低聚壳聚糖制备液进行脱盐处理。试验针对纳滤对糖-盐混合液中溶质的截留特性和脱盐过程进行研究。结果表明,纳滤对葡萄糖-NaCl混合液脱盐的最佳操作条件为30℃、操作压力0.3~0.5 MPa。且在该条件下纳滤对葡萄糖-NaCl混合溶液和低聚壳聚糖溶液都表现出稳定的脱盐性能。 The glucose-NaCI solution and the crude oligochitosan solution was desalted through nano-filtration. The rejection characteristic of nano-filtration membrane to the glucose-NaCI solution and the operation process was researched. The experiment results show the optimal operation condition is 30 ℃ and 0.3-0,5 MPa pressure, under which the nano-filtration membrane shows steady desalination capability from the glucose- NaCl solution and oligochitosan solution.
