摘要
用吡咯烷二硫代氨基甲酸铵(APDC)作配位剂,在pH5.0~6.0的条件下,用固体氧化铝捕集、膜滤纸抽滤分离As-APDC配合物,然后用0.1 moL/L盐酸从膜滤纸上洗下氧化铝,得到能够直接用氢化物原子吸收光谱法测定的砷悬浊液。该法特征质量为1.3×10-11 g/L%。在最佳条件下测定5种水产品中的砷,含量为8.07~9.69μg/kg,当测定次数n=6时,标准偏差SD为0.114~0.127,相对标准偏差RSD为1.2%~1.5%,样品的加标回收率在93.3%~103%之间,结果较为满意。
This text has been used ammonium pyrrolidinedithiocarbamate (APDC) for complexant. At the condintion of pH=5.0-6.0, the arsenic was fixed on finely divided Al2O3 as the complex with APDC and the Al2O3 was collected on a membrane filter by filtration under suction, then wash down by 0.1 moL/L hydrochloric acid from membrane filter paper and the suspension was directly subjected to the determination by hydride generation atomic absorption spectrometry. The quality feature is 1.3×10^-11 g/L % by the determinnation. At the prime conditions, determination of arsenic content in five species aquatic products, the result are 8.07-9.69 μg/kg. When n=6, standard deviation (SD) of these samples were from 0.114 to 0.127, relative standard deviation (RSD) were from 1.2% to 1.5% and recoveries added were 93.3% to 103%, the results were comparatively satisfied.
