牛乳中亚硝酸盐快速检测试纸的研制

当前,食品安全问题日益突出,其中乳制品安全问题也备受关注。亚硝酸盐是一种剧毒的无机盐,如果误掺入牛乳中会对消费者健康造成巨大威胁,但其传统的检测方法复杂且耗时较长。研制了快速检测牛乳中亚硝酸盐的检测试纸,对该试纸的浸泡时间、浸泡试剂浓度和试纸最终的灵敏度进行了系统的考察和优化,最终得到亚硝酸盐检测试纸,误判性小并达到半定量。结果表明,本试纸反应灵敏,检测迅速,使用方便,适宜在养殖、收购现场及野外进行操作,便于推广应用。

At present, the problem of milk security is important in our country in the field of food safety. Nitrite is a toxin, the conventional method of testing it is complex and time-consuming, so it is difficult to make a instant test. In this research, we made a test paper for nitrite. Results show that the test paper has features of high accuracy, sensitive response, quick test and convenience.
