摘要
报道稳定型二氧化氯对鱼鲞上大头金蝇的驱避和幼虫生长抑制的效果。结果表明,在鱼鲞晾晒的第1天,浓度为30、60、120、240 mg/L的二氧化氯对大头金蝇的驱避率分别为上午:64.3%、94.6%、100%、100%;下午:38.6%、50.0%、70.0%、88.6%;对鱼鲞上大头金蝇的50%和95%抑制产卵浓度分别为37.14 mg/L和608.26 mg/L,晾晒第2天,其对大头金蝇无驱避效果。二氧化氯对鱼鲞上大头金蝇幼虫的生长无明显影响。二氧化氯对鱼鲞酸价无明显影响,尽管会提高过氧化值,但所有处理鱼鲞的酸价和过氧化值都远低于国家标准。
Laboratory studies on the effects of stabilized chlorine dioxide on repellence, oviposition, larval growth and mortality of blowfly, chrysomya megacephala, during salted dried fish processing were carried out. The results on repellence and oviposition indicated that stabilized chlorine dioxide could repel chrysomya megacephala and inhibit its oviposition on fish during drying days. Repellence of 64.3%, 94.6%, 100%, 100% in the morning and 38.6%, 50.0%, 70.0%, 88.6% in the afternoon were given respectively by stabilized chlorine dioxide aqueous solution at the concentrations of 30, 60, 120 and 240 mg/L; the inhibit concentrations (IC)of stabilized chlorine dioxide were 37.14 mg/L and 808.28 mg/L during the first drying day, respectively, for IC50 and IC95. But these effects disappeared during the second drying day. The results on larval growth showed that chlorine dioxide couldn't inhibit larval growth on the fish. Stabilized chlorine dioxide could increase peroxide value of fish. But the acid value and peroxide value of fish of all treatments were significantly below the hygiene standard during the whole experiments.
