芍倍注射液局部注射治疗痔的临床观察

The Clinical Efficacy of Shaobei Solution Injection in the Local Treatment of Hemorrhoids

根据中医收敛化瘀法，采用芍倍注别液注射治疗内痔静咏曲张性混合痔800例，并与硬化到注射进行对照。结果显示，治疗组治愈率93．63％．有效率100％，优于对照组的72．45％和98．98％（P＜0.05）。治疗组不良反应率0．75％．低于对照组的83.67％（P〈O．01）。结果表明,芍倍注射液治疗痔在疗效和安全性方面较传统的硬化萎缩法有明显的优势。

Shaobei solution injection was clinically applied in 800 patients with mixed hemorrhoids in internal hemorroid vericose type,which was based on the theory of astringency ＆. blood stasis removal of TCM. The therapeutic results of Shaobei group were compared with those of traditional sclerosing agent injection therapy（sclerosing agent group）. As results,the cure rate and effective rate in the Shaobei solution injection group were 93.63%and 100% against 72.54% and 98.98% in the sclerosing agent group（ P〈0.05）,while the adverse reaction rate in the two groups were 0. 75% concluded that Shaobei solution the traditional sclerosing agent injection has stronger points in and 83.67% （ P 〈0.01） respectively.
