300例痔病患者病因分析

The Etilolgical Analysis on 300 Patients with Hemorrhoids

为总结分析痔病的常见病因，指导痔病防治，采用问卷调查和临床检查、诊断方法，收集300例痔病患者的临床资料进行统计学分析。结果显示，痔病患者主要病因中便秘占40．7％，慢性腹泻占12．0％，女性患者中妊娠原因占29．0％。常见不良生活习惯为嗜酒占49．7％，嗜辛辣食物占58．0％，蹲厕过久占60．0％。结果表明，主要病因和不良生活习惯与痔病互为因果形成恶性循环，应及早防治。

Data of 300 hemorrhoidal patients were collected via questionaire and clinical examination, and the results of which were analized statistically. Of the 300 cases,40.7% had constipation, 12.0% had chronic diarrhea,and in female patients 29.0% was due to pregnancy. Also in the 300 cases,49.7% had the alcoholic habits,58.0% eating pungent food,and 60% preferring prolonged defecation. It is revealed that the causative diseases and the unhealthy habits have a causality with hemorrhoidal diseases and should be trea ted or solved with preventive endeavour.
