资生汤调节血脂、抗氧化及延缓衰老作用的实验研究

Empirical Study of Decoction of Zi-sheng(资生汤) on Adjusting Blood Fat, Anti-oxidating and Delaying Ageing

目的:探讨资生汤对高脂血症大鼠血脂及脂质过氧化的影响及作用机理。方法:将健康雄性SD大鼠随机分为正常组、高脂模型组、阳性对照组(洛伐他汀,700mg/kg)、资生汤高剂量组(11.2g/kg)、资生汤中剂量组(5.6g/kg)、资生汤低剂量组(2.8g/kg)。正常组给予普通饮食,其余各组均给予高脂饲料。9周后,测各组血清总胆固醇、甘油三酯、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇、丙二醇含量及超氧化物歧化酶、Na+,K+-ATP酶活力。结果:该方可以降低血清TC、TG、LDL-C、MDA含量,提高HDL-C含量,提高血清SOD活力及红细胞Na+,K+-ATP酶活力。结论:资生汤具有调节血脂、抗氧化、延缓衰老的作用。

To investigate the effect of Decoction of Zi - sheng on blood fat and lipid peroxidation of hyperlipemia rat as well as its mechanism of action. Method： A＆W male rats were selected and randomly divided into normal control group, model control group, positive control group （Lovastatin, 700 mg/kg）, low dose group （2.8 g/kg）, medium dose group （5.6 g/kg） and high dose group （ 11.2 g/kg） of Decoction of Zi - sheng. Normal control group was fed up with common feedstuff, and the other groups were fed up with high fat diet. After 9 weeks TC, TG, LDL - C, HDL - C, MDA, SOD and Na_＋ K_＋ ATP were determined in each group. Result： The decoction could cut down TC, TG, LDL - C and MDA, and improve HDL - C, SOD and Na_＋ K_＋ ATP. Conclusion ： Decoction of Zi - sheng has the effect of adjusting blood fat, anti - oxidating and delaying ageing.
