摘要 为了确定最优的提取条件、提高鱼鳞的脱钙率,采用三因素二次回归正交旋转组合设计试验,研究了液料比、浸酸时间、盐酸浓度对鱼鳞脱钙率的影响,建立了各因子与鱼鳞脱钙率关系的数学回归模型;最后确定了最佳的提取条件为:液料比57.67,盐酸浓度3.81%,浸酸时间32.33h。此条件下鱼鳞脱钙率87.62%。 In order to increase the decalcification rate extracted from grass carp scales, the technology parameters were optimized. Through dualquadratic rotary regression orthogonal design test with three factors, the effects of ratio of liquid to material, hydrochloric acid concentration and test time on the decalcification rate were assayed, so a mathematical model describing the relationship between the decalcification rate and parameters was developed. The optimal extracting conditions are as follows: ratio of liquid to material 57.67, hydrochloric acid concentration 3.81% and extracted time 32.33 h with the decalcification rate 87.62%.
