染料木苷和黄豆苷的纯化和分离 被引量:4

摘要 为了深入研究大豆提取物中主要成分染料木苷和黄豆苷单体的性质,本实验进行了二者的分离。首先用丙酮萃取和无水乙醇重结晶等方法纯化大豆异黄酮提取物,得到纯度较高的染料木苷和黄豆苷混合物。然后,利用Sephadex LH-20柱层析实现了染料木苷和黄豆苷的分离。 In order to study the properties of respetive monomer of genistin and daidzin as main compounds of isoflavone extracts from soybean, their respective isolation was studied in the paper. First, in order to acquire high Purity of products, study purified isoflavone extracts by acetone extraction with anhydrous alcohol recrystaUization. Then, genistin and daidzin were respectively separated by Sephadex LH-20 column.
