综合治疗涎腺腺样囊性癌

Combined Treatment of Adenoid Cystic Carcinoma of the Salivary Gland

本文对32例涎腺腺样囊性癌经手术、放疗、化疗三法综合治疗进行了分析。男性明显多于女性。30～50岁者对例，占84．3％。发生在大涎腺者15例，小涎腺者17例；有8例复发，占25％，其中发生在大涎腺者3例，小涎腺者5例。远处转移5例，肺3例，骨2例，占16．6％，其中颌下腺4例，上颌窦1例。死亡5例。治疗后生存满3年13例，满5年12例（死亡2例），满10年7例（死亡3例）。

An analysis was maee on 32 cases of adenoid cystic carcinoma of the salivary gland with surgical resection combined with radiotherapy and chemotherapy. Among them, the male were more than the female;27 cases had the age of 30 ～ 50; 15 cases had big salivary gland and 17 cases small salivary gland;recurrence occuned in 8 cases; remote metastasis occlurred- in 5 cases (3 cases were in the lungs and 2 cases bone), of which 4 cases were in the submaxillary gland in the 1 case in the maxillary sinus.5 cases were dead 13 cases survival over 3 years, 12 eases 5 years (death 2 cases) and 7 cases 10 years (death 3 cases) after the combined treatment.
