摘要
目的观察慢性扁桃体炎患者脑电活动变化。方法对扁桃体摘除术前１ｄ，术后１、４和７ｄ的功率谱脑电地形图进行研究。结果扁桃体摘除术后１ｄ、４ｄ慢波（θ，δ波）节律功率值显著增加；术后７ｄ恢复到术前水平。结论此结果提示慢性扁桃体炎手术后发生短暂性淋巴滞留性脑病，脑电地形图可能是诊断淋巴滞留性脑病的一项重要指标。
Objective To observe the changes of brain electric activity in chronic tonsillitis patients. Methods The BEAM at 1 day before tonsillectomy and 1, 4 and 7 days after the operation were studied. Results The relative power values of theta and delta waves significantly increased at 1, 4 days after tonsillectomy and restored at 7 days. Conclusion These data suggest that transitory lymphatostatic encephalopathy occurred after the operation for chronic tonsillitis and BEAM might be an important parameter to diagnose lymphatistatic encephalopathy.
