Giant condyloma acuminatum: a case report

报告1例变性人发生巨大尖锐湿疣。患者23岁,男变女性术后近2年发现肛周和再造阴道周围赘生物近8个月。根据临床表现和皮损组织病理检查诊断为巨大尖锐湿疣,实时定量荧光聚合酶链式反应(RT-PCR)证实为人乳头瘤病毒(HPV)-6、11型感染。先后给予钬激光和液氮冷冻处理后治愈。

To report a case of giant condyloma acuminatum in a transsexual female. A 23-year-old patient received maleto-female transsexual operation nearly 2 years ago. She had neoplasm on her crissm and reconstructed vagina for nearly 8 months. The diagnosis was giant condyloma acuminatum according to clinical manifestation and histopathologic examination. The infection of HPV type 6 and type 11 was confirmed by real-time PCR analysis. The patient was cured after treatment with holmium laser and liquid nitrogen frozen.
