RP-HPLC测定开光复明丸中黄芩苷的含量

Determination of Baicalin in Kaiguang Fuming Wan by RP-HPLC

目的建立开光复明丸中黄芩苷的含量测定方法。方法采用RP—HPLC测定制剂中黄芩苷的含量。色谱柱：Kro—masil C18分析柱（4．6mm×250mm，5μm）；流动相：甲醇-水-磷酸（47：53：0．2）；流速为0．9mL·min^-1；检测波长为280nm。结果黄芩苷在4、95～49．5μg·mL^-1内线性关系良好（r=0.9999），平均回收率为99．3％，RSD为1．25％。结论本法简便、准确、重现性好，可用于本制剂的质量控制。

OBJECTIVE To establish a method for determination of baicalin in Kaiguang Fuming Wan by RP-HPLC. METHODS RP-HPLC analysis was carried out on a kromasil C18 column and the mixture of methanol-water-phosphoric acid （47： 53： 0. 2） was used as the mobile phase. The flow rate was at 0. 9 mL · min^ -1 The detection wavelength was 280 nm. RESULTS The linear responses range was 4. 95 μg · mL^-1 - 49. 5 μg · mL^-1 of baicalin （r = 0. 999 9）. The average recovery was 99. 3% and the RSD was 1.25%. CONCLUSION The method is simple, accurate, reproducible. It can be used for the quality control of Kaiguang Fuming Wail.
