普伐他汀对陈旧性心肌梗死患者血管内皮功能及心功能的影响 被引量:5

摘要 目的:研究普伐他汀对陈旧性心肌梗死(OMI)患者血管内皮功能及心功能的影响。方法:将60例OMI患者随机分为常规治疗组和普伐他汀组。常规治疗组应用血管紧张素转换酶抑制剂(ACEI)/利尿药和洋地黄制剂,普伐他汀组在此基础上加用普伐他汀。随访8周分别测定治疗前后血脂[总胆固醇(TC)、甘油三酯(TG)、低密度脂蛋白胆固醇(LDL-C)、高密度脂蛋白胆固醇(HDL-C)]、内皮依赖性扩张百分率(FMD%)和非内皮依赖性扩张百分率(GMT%)、采用超声心动图测定左心功能。结果:普伐他汀组治疗8周后TC、LDL-C、HDL-C显著低于常规治疗组(P<0.05),TG水平无明显变化。内皮功能得到了明显改善,左室射血分数(LVEF)显著高于常规治疗组(P<0.05)。结论:普伐他汀能通过调脂及参与血管内皮功能的改善而改善OMI患者中的心功能,并可降低心血管事件的发生率。
