Effect of survivin gene-transfection on cytokine-induced apoptosis in NIT-1 cells

摘要 在小鼠胰岛素分泌细胞NIT-1细胞中过表达survivin，可部分抑制细胞因子诱导的细胞凋亡，并有保护NIT-1细胞葡萄糖刺激的胰岛素分泌功能的趋势。 Overexpression of survivin may partly protect the NIT-1 cells （mouse insulin-secreting cells） from cytokine-induced apoptosis. In addition, NIT-1 cells transfected with survivin had an slightly improved response of insulin secretion to glucose stimulation.
