摘要 B型胰岛素抵抗综合征是一种罕见类型的糖尿病，由体内产生针对胰岛素受体的自身抗体所致，好发于年轻女性，临床上常表现为严重胰岛素抵抗、难以控制的高血糖症、黑棘皮病以及雄性化等，常与其它自身免疫性疾病如系统性红斑狼疮（SLE）等伴随出现。目前国外报道约数十例，国内曾有2例临床报道。现报道一例B型胰岛素抵抗综合征，检测血清胰岛素受体自身抗体阳性而确诊。
