CTLA-4 Ig对重型再生障碍性贫血患者骨髓白介素-10水平的影响——附40例分析

摘要 目的:研究细胞毒性T细胞相关抗原4(cytotoxic T lymphocyte associated antigen-4,CT-LA-4)和人IgG1的重组融合蛋白CTLA-4Ig对再生障碍性贫血(再障)患者骨髓白介素-10水平的影响。方法:将40例重型再障患者平均分为2组,抽取骨髓并分离骨髓单个核细胞,其中A组加入CTLA-4Ig,B组为对照组,另收集骨髓细胞学检查正常的20例外科手术患者的骨髓作为C组,3组均用ELISA方法检测骨髓单个核细胞培养上清液中的白介素-10水平。结果:A组患者骨髓白介素-10水平为(208±71)ng/L,B组与C组相应为(135±64)ng/L、(443±157)ng/L。患者骨髓白介素-10水平低于正常对照组,A组骨髓白介素-10水平高于B组(均为P(0.01)。结论:重型再障患者白介素-10的水平下降,应用CTLA-4Ig可提高白介素-10的水平。
