维生素E对家兔实验性心肌缺血/再灌注损伤左心室压力的影响

摘要 目的探讨维生素E对心肌缺血/再灌注(I/R)损伤左心功能的影响。方法结扎家兔左冠状动脉前降支造成心肌I/R模型,14只家兔分为治疗组(维生素E50mg·kg-1肌肉注射)及对照组(等量的生理盐水肌肉注射),在结扎冠状动脉前及放松后0.5、1、2、3、4h分别测量左心室收缩末期压(LVESP)、舒张末期压(LVEDP)及平均压,分别以表示,统计学处理采用配对t检验。结果结扎冠状动脉前,治疗组和对照组的LVESP和LVEDP均无明显差异(P>0.05)。而心肌I/R损伤后,治疗组LVESP显著高于对照组,且以3h及4h升高最为显著(P<0.05和P<0.01)。心肌I/R损伤后1~3h,治疗组LVEDP显著低于对照组(P<0.05和P<0.01)结论维生素E对心肌I/R损伤后LVESP有升高作用,对LVSDP有降低作用。 To research the effect of Vitamin E on left Ventricular function in rabbit wth experimen tal myocardtal ischemia - reperfusion (I/R ) injury.Method The models of myocardial ischemiareperfusion were established in 14 rabbits by ligting the descending dnterior branch of left coronary artery.All animals were divided into two groups,experimental group treated with Vitamin E (50mg ·kg-1 ) im. and the control group treated with normal saline im, at the same dosage. The left ventricular end systolic pressure (LVESP), and left ventricular end diastolic pressure (LVEDP) and left ventriculr mean pressure were measured befor and after ligation at 0. 5, 1. 0, 2. 0, 3. 0 and 4. 0h. The data were designated in x±s and t test were used in statistical treatment.Results Befor ligation, the difference of LVESP and LVEDP in treatment group compared with that of control group was not seen (P> 0.05). After establishrnent of myocardial I/R injury, the LVESP in treatment group was higher than that of control group, and the rising of LVESP was the most prominent at 3h and 4h after relaxing ligation. The lowering of LVEDP after myocardial I/R injury was marked in treatnient group than that of control group(P<0. 05).Conclusion The vitaimin E possess the effects of rising the LVESP and lowering the LVEDP in heart with myocardial I/R injury.
