摘要
目的观察不同剂量辛伐他汀对生殖激素水平的影响。方法将健康SD大鼠雌性随机分为对照组25只,实验组100只分为A、B、C、D四个亚组,雄性随机分为对照组25只,实验组75只分为A、B、C三个亚组。实验组雌鼠每日分别给予HMG—COA还原酶抑制剂辛伐他汀1、6、10、60mg/kg体重,实验组雄鼠每日分别给予HMG—COA还原酶抑制剂辛伐他汀1、6、10mg/kg体重,用生理盐水溶解灌服。对照组每日仅用生理盐水灌服。持续8周后雌鼠检测卵泡刺激素(FSH)、黄体生成素(LH)、血清雌二醇(E2)、睾酮(T)的水平。雄鼠检测血清高密度脂蛋白(HDL)、血清低密度脂蛋白(LDL)、睾酮(T)的水平。结果各实验组雄鼠HDL值较对照组明显升高(P〈0.01),LDL和T值则与对照组差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05),各实验组雌鼠的FSH值、LH值、E2值、T值与对照组比较差异无统计学意义(P〉0.05)。结论辛伐他汀能有效提高血管保护性脂蛋白HDL的水平而对维持生理作用的生殖激素影响不大,是一种有效、安全的降脂药。
Objective To investigate effects of Simvastatin on the levels of genesial hormones. Methods Twenty-five health SD female-rats served as control group and 100 rats of the test group into A. B、C、D groups at random. Also,we used the SD male rats in the same way,25 mice for the control group and 75 ones for the test group which divided into A, B, C groups. Test group of female-mice were fed Simvastatin which is HMG-CoA reductase inhibitor according to 1 、6、10、60 mg/kg. And test group of malemice were fed according to 1、6、10 mg/kg. Both of two groups were drenched by Simvastatin dissolving in N. S. Accordingly,the rats of control groups were only fed N. S. everyday. Then ,we measured the values of FSH. LH. E2 and T for the femalerats and HDL,LDL.T values for the male- rats after 8 weeks. Results Compared with the health group of male-rats, the HDL values of the test groups obviously rise ( P 〈 0.01 ) and the LDL ,T values make no statistics meaning (P 〉 0.05 ). Accordingly, the helth group of female-rats have nearly the same datas with the control group,including FSH,LH,E2,T. Conclusion Simvastatin is an effective safe hypolipidemic which impact genesial hormone littile
