镇山村是城市郊区的一个布依族聚居村寨,其自治组织——村民委员会依照国家法律合法选举产生。该村传统的寨老制度与村民委员会自治制度结合,在调解民间纠纷的过程中发挥着重要的作用。

Zhen Shan Village is Bouyei people living village in the carbon suburb. Its autonomous organization Villager＇s Committee, is produced by lawful election. Its traditional Cailao system, combined with Villager＇s Committee, plays an important role in reconciling the disputes among the People.
