摘要
以天祝藏族自治县为研究对象,运用层次分析法对牧区的节水灌溉示范工程的生态效益进行了评价,建立了以生物效益、土壤效益和小气候效益为准则层,以及与目标层关系密切的10项指标作为指标层的评价体系。应用层次分析法(AHP)原理分析和计算评价指标体系中各项指标的权重,结果表明,准则层中小气候效益>生物效益>土壤效益,指标层中空气湿度权重最大。通过对生态效益的综合评价,反映出评价指标体系的确定比较合理,选择的评价方法简便实用,得出的评价结果符合实际。
Taking Tianzhu Tibetan autonomous county as the analytic target, evaluation is made on the ecological benefits of water - saving irrigation demonstration project in pastoral area by analytic hierarchy process (AHP). And assessing index system is constructed, which consists of rule layer and indicator layer. The rule layer includes biological benefit soil benefit and effects on microclimate, while the indicator layer includes 10 indexe which have close relation with target layer. Analytic hierarchy process (AHP) is applied to analyze and calculate each index weight in assessing index system. The result indicated that the effect is in the order of microclimate benefit 〉 biological benefit 〉 soil benefit in rule layer, while the weight of air humidity is the most in indicator layer. The method is used and the evaluation index system was proved to be rational, the evaluation method is simple and practicable, and the evaluation results accord with the facts.
