摘要
以大豆油甲酯为基础溶剂与其他有机溶剂进行复配,得到符合清洗剂要求的纯溶剂型产品。以去油率为指标,对不同溶剂配比的混合溶剂作单因素试验,确定纯溶剂型清洗剂配方中用乙醇作干燥剂,溶剂A作助溶剂,溶剂B作碱性助剂。运用正交试验进行直观分析和方差分析,确定清洗剂最佳配方为:乙醇35%、溶剂A3.0%、溶剂B2.5%,大豆油甲酯59.5%。最佳配方配制的清洗剂其去油率为99.30%。
The methyl soyate was blended with other organic solvents to formulate pure solvent detergent accorded with detergents'requirements. The degreasing rate was used as the main index to study the detergent formula. The single factor experiments showed that ethanol could be used as the drying agent, solvent A as the cosolvent and solvent B as the alkaline agent. The orthogonal experiments determined the optimum formula was as follows: ethanol 35%, solvent A 3.0%, solvent B 2.5% and methyl soyate 59.5%. According to the formula, the degreasing rate of the prepared detergent was 99.30%.
