针刺对Ⅳ型变态反应豚鼠模型Th1/Th2细胞因子平衡的影响 被引量:6

摘要 目的:研究针刺对Ⅳ型变态反应豚鼠模型T辅助-1型/T辅助-2型(Th1/Th2)细胞因子平衡的影响。方法:应用二硝基氯苯(DNCB)外用激发豚鼠Ⅳ型变态反应模型.进行针刺治疗,观察Th1/Th2细胞因子的水平变化及降钙素基因相关肽(CGRP)的浓度变化。结果:白细胞介素-2(IL-2)水平空白组、针刺组均较高.与模型组比较,差异均有显著性意义(P<0.05)。α-肿瘤坏死因子(TNF-α)水平空白组较低,与模型组比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05);针刺组也较低,但与模型组比较.差异无显著性意义(P>0.05)。γ-干扰素(IFN-γ)、IL-10水平空白组、针刺组均较低,与模型组比较,差异均有显著性意义(P<0.05)。IL- 10的水平空白组最低,与针刺组比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.05)。IFN-γ/IL-10的值、CGRP浓度空白组、模型组、针刺组两两比较,差异均有显著性差异(P<0.05)。提示模型组的CGRP浓度显著低于造模前,在经过针刺治疗后浓度显著升高。结论:针刺对Ⅳ型变态反应豚鼠模型有显著的抗Ⅳ型变态反应的作用。 Objective:To observe the effect d acupuncture on Th1/Th2 cy- tokine balance in guinea pigs with allergic reaction typeⅣ.Methods:Oral applica- tion of dinitrochldorebenzene (DNCB)was used to induce guinea pigs models of allergic reaction typeⅣ.The changes of Th1/Th2 eytokine levels and calcitonin gone-relat- ed peptide (CGRP)concentration observed before and after treatment with acupunc- ture.Results:Interleukin-2 level in the blank group and acupuncture group was higher than that in the model group (P<0.05).Tumor necrosis factorα(TNF-α) was lower in the blank group than that in the model group (P<0.05).The differ- ence of TNF-αwas insignificant between the acupuncture group and model group(P>0.05).Serum levels of interferon gamma(IFN-γ)level and IL- 10 were low in the blank group and acupuncture group(P<0.05 compared with those in the model group).IL - 10 was lowest in the blank group (P<0.05 compared with acupuncture group).The differences of 1FN -γ/IL - 10 and CGRP were also significant between the three group (P<0.05).Conclusion:Acupuncture has an obvious therapeutic effect for guinea pigs with allergic reaction typeⅣ.
