穴位注射对噪声致听力损伤豚鼠模型治疗作用的研究 被引量:4

摘要 目的:观察穴位注射对噪声致听力损伤豚鼠模型的治疗作用。方法:将48只雄性豚鼠随机分为4组,每组12只,分别为空白组、模型组、外源性神经生长因子(NGF)组、电针组。除空白组外,其余3组豚鼠全天24小时暴露于声压级100dB(A)的白噪声中。共7天。造模结束后,NGF组给予NGF穴位注射翳风、完骨;电针组电针翳风、完骨,均连续28天。模型组、空白组不给予任何治疗。用畸变产物耳声发射(DPOAE)观察造模前后、治疗前后幅值、信噪比变化情况。结果:DPOAE幅值和信噪比测试结果模型组最低,与空白组比较.差异均有非常显著性意义(P<0.01);NGF组测试结果较高,与模型组比较,差异有显著性或有非常显著性意义(P<0.05,P<0.01)。结论:NGF穴位注射治疗噪声致听力损伤有较好的疗效。 Objective:To observe the therapeutic effect of ucupoint injection on noise-induced hearing loss of guinea pigs.Methods:Forty-eight nude guinea pigs were equally randomized into 4 groups:blank group,control group,NGF group sad electro -acupuncture (EA)group.Except the blank group,the guinea pigs in other 3 groups were exposed to 100db noise all day for 7 continuous days.After mndefing, NGF group received acupoint injection on Yifeng and Wangu,and EA group received EA on Yifeng and Wnogu for 28 continuous day.The chenges of amplitude sad sig- nal- to- noise ratio before and after modeling and treatment were observed by distor- tion product otoacoustic emissions(DPOAE).Results:DPOAE amplitude and sig- hal-to-noise ratio were lowest in the model group (P<0.01 compared with the black group),and higher in NGF group (P<0.05 or P<0.01 compared with those in the model group).Conclusion:Acupoint injection has a certain effect on noise - induced hearing lees of guinea pigs.
