胸廓功能不全综合征的研究进展
摘要
胸廓功能不全综合征（thoracic insufficiency syndrome，TIS）是指儿童胸廓容量不足，无法维持正常的呼吸运动及肺组织的生长而出现的一种病理状态。此病极为罕见，其病理生理学特征由Boffa等在1984年首先描述。一般情况下，通过对患儿的症状、体征、胸部X线片以及肺功能检查等即可以作出诊断，但其治疗极为困难。至目前为止，国内尚未见对于本综合征完整的描述。
