摘要
本文对文献中提出串级实验模拟多级逆流萃取的实验室方法中的排级比(串级排数/级数)进行了分析,以丙酮(A)-氯仿(B)-水(S)三元物系串级实验图为例,利用Aspen Plus模拟软件对其进行模拟。结果表明:模拟实验排数达到级数三倍以上能达到稳定的浓度值,与实验经验相吻合。其结果为进一步工业化试验提供了理论依据。
This text analysis on the row class ratio ( number of row of string class/series) in the laboratory method that simulate multistage counter current extraction by string class experment, which is proposed in literature. Take acetone (A)-chloroform(B)-the water (S) ternary system for example and utilizes Aspen Plus simulation software to make a simulation about it. The results showed that the number of row of simulate experiment is up to more than three times of series can reach a stable density value, it agree well with the experiment experience.
