条件性位置偏爱实验自动分析系统中小鼠运动轨迹提取算法的研究

摘要 目的:建立动物条件性位置偏爱实验的计算机自动分析系统。方法:以VB.NET作为开发工具,利用视频跟踪技术与图像处理技术自动获取小鼠在实验箱中的活动情况并将其存储成一定格式的图像,经二值化处理确定其特征区域后.经质心计算.自动提取出动物的运动轨迹。在此基础上,自动分析出平均路程、停留时间、出现次数等行为学指标。结果:采用吗啡依赖模型空白对照及吗啡依赖动物自身对照方法,建立小鼠的条件性位置偏爱实验,用本系统进行测试,小鼠在白箱出现的次数、运动轨迹、停留时间均高于黑箱,说明小鼠对伴药箱表现出了明显的条件依赖性现象。结论:该系统性能稳定可靠,用户界面操作简捷,可应用于实际研究中。 Objective: Establishes the computer automated analysis system of the animal condition position is partial to the experiment. Methods :To VB. NET takes the development kit. In the test box using the video frequency track technology and the picture processing technology automatic gain mouse the active situation and saves it to picture. After two values processing determined its character region, after the calculation, automatically withdraws animal's contrail. In this foundation, the automatic analysis average of distance, times of stay, appears number of times of index behavior. Resulis: Uses the morphine dependence model blank comparison and the morphine dependence animal own comparison method, establishes the mouse condition position is partial to the experiment, testing with this system, mouse number of times which appears in the white box, contrail of move. The resident time is higher than the black box, explained the mouse displayed the obvious condition dependent phenomenon to the white box. Conclusions: This system is steady and dependable, the user page is simple and direct, may apply in the actual research.
