Songzhuang: A Special Cultural Economic Zone with Globality

宋庄原创艺术集聚区从无到有、从小到大,发展速度由慢变快,经历了十年的自然养成和五年的自觉发展,是研究艺术产业集聚特征和农村地区文化创意产业发展规律的典型个案。本文总结梳理了宋庄发展文化创意产业的主要做法、经验和启示,在此基础上提出更新发展理念、合理调整规划、改善内容监管、完善基础结构、培育宽容氛围、加强服务管理等建议。

The formation of Songzhuang Original Art Cluster, which has come into being from zero to actuality, growing gradually from small scale to large scale in an accelerando speed, is a typical case for studies on art industries centralizing features and rules of cultural creative industry development in rural area. The article summarizes the modus operandi, experience and inspiration of cultural creative industry development in Songzhuang. The article makes the following suggestions to mark out a special cultural economic zone cored by Songzhuang Original Art Cluster： 1 ） update and develop conception;. 2） make reasonable adjustments to layout; 3 ） improve supervision on content; 4 ） perfect basic framework; 5 ） create easy atmosphere; and 6 ） strengthen service management.
