六君子汤治疗消化道肿瘤化疗副反应临床观察

The Clinical Observation of Liujunzi Decoction for Treating Adverse Effect Induced by Chemotherapy of Enteron Tumor

目的观察六君子汤化裁减轻消化道肿瘤化疗所致副作用的临床疗效。方法将70例患者随机分为两组,治疗组38例化疗开始时同时口服中药,于化疗前1～2d开始,于化疗后3～5d结束;对照组32例根据化疗过程中出现的毒副反应给予对症处理以减轻症状。结果治疗组与对照组化疗总有效率分别为84.21%和68.75%,两组比较差异显著;治疗组消化道反应、全身症状的发生频率较对照组显著降低。结论六君子汤能明显减轻药物的毒副反应,提高生存率。

Objective： To observe the therapeutic of Liujunzi Decoction for treating adverse effects induced by chemotherapy for enteron tumor. Methods： The treatment group including 38 cases were treated orally traditional Chinese medicine in 1 - 2 days before chemothrapy and finished in 3 - 5 days after chemothrapy. While the control group including 32 cases were treated with symptomatic treatment to alleviate adverse reaction when it appeared in course of chemothrapy. Results： The total effective rate of treatment group and control group was 84. 2% and 68.8% respectively and had obvious discrepancy. The incidence of adverse reaction of alimentary canal and general symptoms were cut down markedly and the toxicity of hematological system was lessened obviously in the treatment group. Conclusion： Liujunzi Decoction can alleviate adverse reaction of chemotherapy markedly and raise survival rate.
