翅片管复合轧制工艺润滑剂研究

RESEARCH ON LUBRICANT USED FOR COMPLEX ROLLING PROCESS OF FIN-TUBE

本文从分析翅片管复合轧制工艺出发 ,根据金属塑性加工中工艺润滑剂的作用机制 ,提出了相应的工艺润滑剂配方模式。通过对配制的工艺润滑剂的性能测试和工业试验 ,确定了工艺润滑剂配方 ,并成功地应用于生产。图 2 ,参 5 ,参 3。

This paper make a study of the characteristics of complex rolling technology of fin-tube. According to the mechanism of lubrication in metal working,a new type lubricant's formulation used for the complex rolling technology is presented. The results of properties testing and industrial testing of the lubricant showed that the presented lubricant can be applied to complex rolling technology of fin-tube.1figs.,5tabs.,3refs.
