摘要
本文简要介绍了为提高喷嘴的硬度、耐磨性和使用寿命而进行的渗硼热处理 ,从渗剂配方、加热温度、保温时间等几个方面进行了论述。试验研究表明 ,渗硼后喷头内表面的硬度、耐磨性可得到大幅度的提高 ;渗剂配方为 :5 %B -Fe ,5 %B4C ,80 %SiC ,1 0 %Na2 SiF6 渗硼效果最佳 ;时间、温度对渗硼有不同的影响 ,合理的渗硼工艺为 :95 0℃× 8h。图 4,表 2 ,参 3。
This paper introduces in brief nozzle's boronization heat treatment in order to improve it's hardness,wearability and service life,including the formula for boronization,heating temperature and heat preservation time and so on. Trial study indicates the hardness and wearability of the sprinkler head boronized can improve substantially. Boronization result is the best when the formula is 5%B-Fe, 5%B 4C, 80%SiC, 10%Na 2SiF 6. Time and temperature have different influence on boronization, reasonable boronization technology is 950 ℃×8 h.4figs.,2tabs.,3refs.
