摘要
介绍了DSFA-5型对旋轴流式局部通风机和JBT-52型局部通风机的性能测定方法,并对两类风机的全风压、噪声、全压效率、输入功率进行了分析比较,从而为全面推广使用对旋式局部通风机提供了理论依据。
A convection local fan will be listed as one of the national wide use equipment by the Ministry of Coal Industry in China. In order to provide the theoretical basis of the convection fan application, this paper has made a comparison of the performance test and analysis between DSFA - 5 convection local fan and JBT - 52 local fan. The results shown that the ventilation quantity and pressure of the convection local fan were all higher than the JBT - 52 local fan. And those will be favorable for a long distance ventilation of DSFA - 5 convection local fan. A noise level of the convection local fan in a working site was lower than 85 dB and a noise level of the JBT - 52 local fan was highly over 85 dB. The total pressure efficiency of the convection local fan was 27 % to 86 % that was higher than the 21 % to 63 % of the JBT - 52 local fan efficiency. The ventilation pressure variation of the convection local fan in the working area has a small influence to the ventilation quantity variation and the ventilation pressure variation of the JBT - 51 local fan has a high influence to the ventilation quantity variation. Therefore the JBT - 52 local fan is not suitable for a long distance ventilation.
