太原分质供水与水资源合理配置浅析

Graded-based water supply and rational allocation of water resources in Taiyuan

太原市现有的"引黄水与优质地下水混合处理后统一供给"的城市供水模式,难以满足人们对优质饮用水的需求,同时也严重影响水资源的合理配置和高效利用。实行分质供水是实现饮水安全、高效利用水资源的有效措施。建议逐步实施分质供水,着重做好污水处理厂的规划建设,紧抓配套管网的铺设工作,鼓励有条件的企业开展中水回用。

The existed model of water supply in Taiyuan City is to combine the diverted Yellow River water with good- quality groundwater, However, this cannot satisfy the need of people for high-quality drinking water without rational allocation and efficient use of water. Therefore, it is suggested to set up standard of water by grading, accelerate construction of sewage treatment plants and pipe networks and encourage use of recycling water.
