摘要
为实现大规模定制,提出了一种基于顾客不确定需求的产品配置方法。该方法首先将顾客需求和产品属性值转换为三角形模糊数,归一化后计算出两者之间的相似度,并以简单加权平均形式作为效用函数,求解出与顾客需求相似度最大的产品。最后,以数码相机为例进一步验证了该方法的可行性和有效性。
An approach of product configuration based on uncertain demand of customers is put forward to realize the mass customization(MC). The demand of customers and product property values are converted to the triangular fuzzy numbers firstly in this approach, and the similarity is calculated after the normalization. And then the simple additive weighting (SAW) method is taken as the utility function to derive the products which have the maximum similarity to the demand of customers. Finally, the digital camera is taken as an example to further verify the feasibility and the validity of this approach.
