摘要
研究了汽车生产企业焊装车间的单元集成,并结合企业CIMS规划和行业特点,提出了集成平台的功能目标与实施需求,同时对焊装集成单元的结构框架与系统组成进行了详细论述,给出在集成过程中进行异构数据集成和异构网络集成的解决方案,并对单元集成的工程实施提出一些建议和要求。
The cell integration of welding plant in automobile manufacturing enterprises is discussed. Considering the enterprise＇s schedule of CIMS and characteristics of welding industry, the functions and requirements of the integral platform are put forward. The structural frame and system constitution of the welding cell integration are described in detail. The solution of the integration of heterogeneous data and heterogeneous network in the integration process is given. Some suggestions and requirements in the implementation of the cell integration in welding plant are put forward.
