摘要
汽车物流是广州市经济转型期具有先导性的高端物流产业。论文分析广州汽车物流发展的现状及存在的问题,提出促进其优化发展的对策是:①把汽车物流作为广州市物流产业发展的战略重点,强化汽车物流的基础设施建设;②大力推进汽车业整车物流运作体系的构建,使之与广州市的经济社会发展的总体战略同步;③强化广州汽车物流企业的全面质量管理,提升广州汽车物流企业的核心竞争力;④多层次多渠道强化汽车物流管理人才的培养和教育,构建广州汽车物流企业的可持续人力资源优势。
Automobile Logistics is the leading high-end logistics industry in the transition of Guangzhou＇s economy.This article analyzes the current development situation and problems of automobile logistics in Guangzhou.The following measures are suggested in the article to promote the development：① make the automobile logistics as a key part of the development strategy in Guangzhou＇s logistics industry,and strengthen constructions of the automobile logistics infrastructure;② vigorously promotes the operational system of automotive industry vehicle logistics Construction,making it get in path with the overall strategy of Guangzhou＇s economic and social development;③ strengthens the overall quality management of the automobile logistics enterprises in Guangzhou;④ strengthens the automobile logistics management employee＇s training and education from multi-level and multi-channel,and make up the sustained human resource advantage of Guangzhou automobile logistics enterprises
