本文认为促进安徽民营企业进入国际市场,除民营企业应根据自身的情况,加强自身建设和选择合适的国际化模式外(见安徽省民营企业国际化的内部建设策略一文),政府应采用适当的倾斜政策,为民营企业国际化营造一个宽松自由、公平公正、统一规则的政策环境,为企业进行国际化经营创造制度保障。

This paper thinks that promoting the private enterprises in Anhui to enter the international market,except that the private enterprises should follow one＇s their situations,strengthen self-building and choose appropriate internationalized mode,the government should adopt the right favorable policies,build a loose and free,fair and just,uniformly regular policy environments for the internationalization of the enterprises run by the local peoples,create the system guarantee for the enterprises internationalization.
