重庆市农产品加工业对统筹城乡发展的作用研究

2007年6月,重庆市被国家发改委正式批准为"全国统筹城乡发展综合配套改革试验区"。今年"两会"期间,胡锦涛总书记为重庆的发展提出了"314"总体部署,即"三大定位"、"一大目标"和"四大任务",其中"加大以工促农、以城带乡的力度"被列为首要任务。在试验区的建设过程中,应该充分发挥重庆市农产品加工业的作用,本文阐述了重庆市农产品加工业的现状和统筹城乡综合配套改革面临的问题,提出了重庆市农产品加工业对推动统筹城乡综合配套改革的五点作用。

June 2007,the Chongqing Municipal Development and Reform Commission formally approved by the state for the ＂national coordinating urban and rural development integrated support reform pilot area.＂ This year＇s ＂two sessions＂,Hu Jintao,general secretary of Chongqing for the development of a ＂314＂ overall plans,＂the three position,＂ ＂One of the main objectives＂ and the ＂four tasks＂,which ＂intensify work promoting agriculture,Rural cities with the intensity ＂as the most important task.In the pilot area in the course of building,we should give full play to agricultural products processing industry in Chongqing Municipality the role of this paper Chongqing Municipality agricultural product processing industry and the status of urban and rural integrated support reform facing the problem,the Chongqing Municipality on the promotion of the agricultural product processing industry and Manpower Comprehensive reform of the urban and rural areas of five supporting role.
