摘要
本文以上市的IPO公司为样本,对比房地产行业和所有行业的一级市场抑价现象,同时将公司规模、公司年龄、市盈率作为解释变量对比解释结果发现,房地产行业抑价情况相较于所有行业较轻,对于公司规模、公司年龄等变量较敏感。
this article compared the realty business with other Industry in the phenomenon of underpricing in the IPO market by the statistic data of IPO company from the year 1992 to 2001.And when made the size of the company,the age of the company and PE to be the independent variable to compare the result,I find that in the real estate it has lower degree of underpricing Industry,and it was more sensitiveity of the variable of company size and company age.
