结合煤矿严酷的作业条件，介绍了煤炭行业对涉及煤矿井下安全的产品的质量管理情况，分析了国外主要产煤国家对煤矿用产品实施安全认证的情况，提出应加快煤矿用产品认证的步伐，为煤矿安全生产创造条件。

On account of the harsh work conditions in coal mines, the paper gives an account about the quality control functions and practice on the part of the coal industry over the products that have an impact on coal mine safety. An analysis is made about the safety authentication of products for use in coal mines in the major coal producing countries. It is proposed by the paper that authentication of coal mine consumables be implemented as soon as possible so as to help create conditions to ensure safety in coal mine production.
