摘要 研究目的:介绍国内首座直线电机车辆大修基地轮对检修生产线的设计概况,深入研究直线电机车辆轮对检修生产线的设计,并提出轮对检修生产线柔性化、信息化设计的新思路。研究结论:直线电机车辆轮对的架修和大修分设在2条生产线上进行,在大修生产线设计中采用柔性化和信息化设计,能够满足线网内其它车辆轮对的大修需要。 Research purposes: The introduction is given in this paper to the design of inspection and repair line for wheel - sets on linear motor vehicle major repair base, the study is done on the design of inspection and repair line for wheel - sets of linear motor vehicle, and the new thoughts about flexible and informationalized design of inspection and repair line for wheel - sets are presented. Research conclusions:The un - wheeling repair and heavy repair of wheel - sets of linear motor vehicle will be done on two production lines separately and the flexible and information design of inspection and repair line for wheel - sets is adopted to meet the requirement of other vehicles for heavy repair of wheel - sets.
