摘要 本文基于语料库的研究方法,探讨中国的英语学习者在三个不同水平层次的搭配行为,管窥中国学生搭配能力的发展特征。研究采用计算Z值确定显著搭配词,通过检索软件WordSmith提取索引行。从词语搭配和语法搭配两方面进行探讨。词语搭配反映语言使用的自然性,中国学生由于语言文化差异常常使用一些不合乎规范的词语搭配;语法搭配反映语言使用的复杂性,处于较低水平的学习者倾向使用简单的语言结构。本文认为,我们在教学过程中要注重提高学生的词语搭配和语法搭配能力。 This paper investigates Chinese EFL learners' collocational competence across three proficiency levels on the basis of evidence from corpora.The statistical method of Z-score is used to measure the significance of the co-occurrence of collocates.The software WordSmith is employed to retrieve concordance lines.Collocation is classified into lexical collocation and grammatical collocation,which is the indicator of nativeness and complexity respectively.The findings demonstrate that learners lack naturalness in lexical collocational behavior,and tend to use simple syntactic structures.It is proposed that EFL learners' collocational competence should be enhanced both in terms of lexical collocation and grammatical collocation.
