摘要
转化炉是天然气制氨和甲醇的核心设备,其工作温度高达1000℃以上。恶劣的操作环境使其容易产生问题。因此诊断转化炉的故障和隐藏的安全问题十分重要,其直接牵涉到转化炉的正常和安全运转。本文介绍了在如此高温的工作条件下,如何判断设备运行是否正常,是否存在安全隐患,成为生产管理中值得关注的问题,本文就在生产中如何判断隐患的存在及处理办法举一实例,希望对同行业有所帮助。
The reformer in ammonia and methanol production from natural gas is a key equipment and its operation temperature is above 1000℃. Rigorous run environment make the problems easily occur on it. So diagnosing malfunction and hidden safety problem of the reformer is important and it is directly related with normal and safe running of the reformer. An example of judging and treating the leakage of the reformer heat exchanger was described.
